    Return Policy:

     

    • We want you to be thrilled with your artwork! If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within [30 days] of receiving your final files. We offer the following options:
    • Revisions: If minor adjustments can address your concerns, we'll happily revise your artwork one additional time free of charge. For more extensive revisions, we may offer revisions at an additional cost.
    • Refund: If revisions cannot achieve your desired outcome, we will offer a partial refund, excluding [20% non-refundable initial concept fee]. This percentage reflects the initial design and planning stages, which are essential even if the final artwork doesn't meet your exact needs.
    • Credit: You can receive full credit towards a future project at our shop.

     

    Important:

     

    • To be eligible for any refund or credit, you must return all rights granted for the artwork. This includes removing it from any published or used materials.
    • Returning artwork without returning rights will result in additional charges to compensate for unauthorized use. We will determine these charges based on the scope of unauthorized use.
    • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or credits in cases of unreasonable requests or excessive revisions.

    The Woman at Heron Lake & Old Souls

    Creators Hub (Gurbuz) created the covers for my two newest books, The Woman at Heron Lake and Old Souls. I love both of them and I am constantly getting positive comments about the artwork. Gurbuz was so helpful and responsive to my suggestions and comments through the whole process and he created exactly the look I was hoping for. I will definitely be using him again for my next book cover. I can't recommend him enough.
