    • Revisions: If minor adjustments can address your concerns, we'll happily revise your artwork one additional time free of charge. For more extensive revisions, we may offer revisions at an additional cost.
    • Refund: If revisions cannot achieve your desired outcome, we will offer a partial refund, excluding [20% non-refundable initial concept fee]. This percentage reflects the initial design and planning stages, which are essential even if the final artwork doesn't meet your exact needs.
    • Credit: You can receive full credit towards a future project at our shop.

    • To be eligible for any refund or credit, you must return all rights granted for the artwork. This includes removing it from any published or used materials.
